1. Ecosystem Structure
Ecosystem Structure
Section titled “Ecosystem Structure”Rather than functioning as a traditional hierarchical organization, the ecosystem is structured as a distributed network of entrepreneurial nodes that collaborate to generate opportunities, design solutions, and deliver transformation programs.
The ecosystem is organized around the following roles:
-
Partners
-
Branches
-
Owners
-
Master Branch (Master Branch Model)
Each role contributes to a different layer of the ecosystem:
-
Partners provide specialized capabilities and expertise.
-
Branches generate opportunities and orchestrate solution delivery.
-
Owners bring strategic leadership and market access.
-
Master Branches structure and expand specialized ecosystems around specific domains
Together, these roles allow the platform to combine entrepreneurship, specialization, and collaboration, enabling the ecosystem to scale across industries and markets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Global Team
Section titled “Global Team”The Global Team provides the platform infrastructure, governance, and shared services that enable the ecosystem to operate effectively.
Rather than directly delivering client services, the Global Team focuses on supporting and strengthening the ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
-
maintaining the WAVE platform
-
defining ecosystem governance and operating standards
-
supporting sales and marketing initiatives
-
managing financial and legal frameworks
-
enabling collaboration across the ecosystem
By providing this shared infrastructure, the Global Team allows the ecosystem to function as a coordinated platform rather than a collection of independent operators.
