WAVE PLATFORM

Business-facing summary of platform adoption, engagement, and retention metrics based on product analytics from June 2025 to March 2026.

Section titled “Business-facing summary of platform adoption, engagement, and retention metrics based on product analytics from June 2025 to March 2026.”
Executive readout Monthly active users increased 24% over the observed period, from 259 to 322. Weekly active users nearly doubled, rising 94% from 141 to a peak of 273. The two most important workflow areas — Hub and Time Tracker — generated 566K+ user interactions, representing 53% of all platform activity. Retention remained strong, with most user cohorts returning above the 50% level after week one and several cohorts reaching 80%+.

The figures below summarize how deeply the Wave platform is embedded in day-to-day workflows. All definitions are written for a non-technical audience.

Metric Observed result What it means in business terms
Monthly active users 259 to 322 (+24%) A larger share of the user base is relying on the platform each month, indicating broader operational adoption.
Weekly active users 141 to 273 (+94%) Usage is becoming more frequent, which is a strong signal that the product is embedded in recurring processes.
Peak weekly usage 273 users in the week of Feb 23, 2026 The platform reached its highest weekly participation at the end of the period, showing momentum rather than decline.
Session depth 55K+ sessions; 6.5-minute median session; 20-minute average for heavier users Users are not only logging in; many are spending meaningful time completing workflow-heavy tasks.
Core module concentration 566K+ interactions across Hub and Time Tracker (53% of all activity) Two mission-critical workflows account for more than half of platform usage, helping identify where product value is strongest.
Finance usage density 81K+ interactions from 73 users Finance-related workflows appear specialized but highly engaged, suggesting strong fit for that user group.
New user momentum 25 to 42 new users in February 2026 (+68% month over month) The platform continued attracting new users while maintaining a positive balance against inactive users.
Retention Week-1 retention above 50% in most cohorts; several cohorts above 80% Once users adopt the platform, they tend to return, which supports the view that Wave is becoming part of routine operations.

The platform showed a clear adoption curve during the measurement window. Both monthly and weekly usage trended upward, and the period ended at or near peak levels rather than plateauing.

  • Monthly active users rose from 259 to 322, representing 24% growth over nine months.
  • Weekly active users increased from 141 in June 2025 to 273 in February 2026, a 94% increase.
  • From late October 2025 onward, the platform repeatedly sustained more than 200 weekly active users, which points to stable recurring usage rather than isolated spikes.
  • A strong acceleration was visible at the start of 2026, when weekly activity jumped to 253 and then to a new high of 273.

Business interpretation: The usage pattern suggests that Wave is becoming increasingly central to internal execution. Growth in weekly activity is especially important because it reflects habitual usage, not just occasional logins.

Growth is more meaningful when people return frequently and spend time completing valuable work. The available analytics indicate that Wave is supporting substantive workflows rather than superficial visits.

  • The dataset includes more than 55,000 recorded sessions during the observed period.
  • Median session duration was 6.5 minutes, while average session duration was materially higher at roughly 20 minutes for heavier-use segments.
  • This gap between median and average duration suggests the existence of a power-user base that relies on the platform for longer, more complex tasks.

Business interpretation: This is consistent with a workflow product that supports both frequent light-touch actions and longer, higher-value sessions. In an investor context, that is a positive signal of product relevance and process embeddedness.

3. Where the product delivers the most value

Section titled “3. Where the product delivers the most value”

Usage concentration helps identify the areas of the platform that matter most to users. In Wave, the strongest product pull is visible in CRM, time-tracking, and finance-related workflows.

  • The Hub (CRM) module represented 18% of all platform traffic and reached 189 unique users, making it the most adopted area by traffic share.
  • Time Tracker had the broadest user reach, with 263 unique users interacting with that workflow.
  • Hub and Time Tracker together generated more than 566,000 user interactions, equivalent to 53% of all activity on the platform.
  • Finance and billing features generated more than 81,000 interactions from 73 users, pointing to dense and purposeful use within a narrower audience.

Business interpretation: These figures indicate that Wave is not trying to be everything to everyone. Instead, value appears concentrated in a set of recurring operational workflows that users come back to consistently. That is often a healthy product pattern because it highlights clear use cases and strong role-based fit.

Adoption quality is strengthened when new users continue to enter the platform and existing users continue to come back. Both conditions appear present in the data.

  • New user acquisition increased from 25 to 42 users in February 2026, a 68% month-over-month increase.
  • The ratio of new users to inactive users remained favorable during the period reviewed, which suggests net-positive user movement.
  • Most cohorts maintained week-1 retention above 50%, while standout cohorts reached 86%, 89%, and even 100% in some periods.
  • Several cohorts also preserved strong week-2 retention, including 83% and 88% in specific examples.

Business interpretation: Retention at these levels supports the idea that Wave solves recurring operational needs. For a business workflow platform, repeated weekly return behavior is an important leading indicator of stickiness and long-term product durability.
