WAVE
Platform Overview
Confidential Information Memorandum

Executive Summary
Section titled “Executive Summary”Wave is an all-in-one business operations platform purpose-built for professional services firms and staffing organizations. It replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools that companies typically rely on to manage talent pipelines, project delivery, client engagements, and financial operations.
Designed for mid-to-large organizations, Wave unifies recruitment, workforce management, project execution, sales pipeline tracking, billing, and partner collaboration into a single, integrated environment. Rather than toggling between an applicant tracking system, a project management tool, a billing platform, and a CRM, teams work within one connected workspace where data flows seamlessly from opportunity capture through to invoice collection.
The platform’s partner network capabilities set it apart: companies using Wave can collaborate on deals, share opportunities, and introduce candidates across organizational boundaries while maintaining full visibility into contributions, commissions, and performance metrics.
| Core Value Proposition Wave eliminates operational fragmentation by consolidating talent management, project delivery, sales, finance, and partner collaboration into one platform — reducing administrative overhead, accelerating time-to-revenue, and providing leadership with a unified view of the entire business. |

Typical Use Cases
Section titled “Typical Use Cases”The following scenarios illustrate how Wave supports common business workflows from end to end.
1. Staffing Agency Onboarding a New Client
Section titled “1. Staffing Agency Onboarding a New Client”A regional staffing firm receives an inquiry from a mid-size technology company looking to fill twelve specialized positions over the next quarter. The sales team creates the opportunity in Wave and qualifies the engagement through the pipeline, capturing budget, timeline, and role requirements in a single record.
Once the deal closes, the recruitment team takes over. Wave surfaces top-matching candidates from the talent pool based on skills, availability, and location. Recruiters schedule interviews directly within the platform, and hiring managers on the client side receive real-time status updates without needing a separate portal.
As candidates accept offers, Wave generates the corresponding contracts and billing schedules. Time entries begin flowing from day one, and invoices are produced automatically at each billing cycle. The entire journey, from first conversation to first invoice, is tracked in one place with full audit history.
2. Project Delivery and Time-to-Invoice
Section titled “2. Project Delivery and Time-to-Invoice”A consulting firm assigns a five-person team to a six-month client engagement. The project manager sets up the project in Wave, defines milestones, and assigns each consultant to their respective workstreams.
Team members log daily time entries against the project. Operations leaders monitor utilization rates and project health from a centralized dashboard, catching potential overruns early. When a milestone is completed, the deliverable is recorded and approved within the platform.
At the end of each billing period, Wave automatically compiles approved time entries into a detailed invoice aligned with the contractual rate card. The finance team reviews and dispatches the invoice without re-keying data, cutting days from the billing cycle.
3. Internal Hiring Cycle
Section titled “3. Internal Hiring Cycle”A growing organization needs to hire a new Director of Engineering. The HR team opens a requisition in Wave, defining the role requirements, compensation band, and approval chain.
As applications arrive, Wave scores and ranks candidates against the role criteria. The recruiting coordinator manages interview rounds, collects evaluation feedback from the hiring panel, and advances the top candidate through each stage, all within a single, auditable workspace.
When the offer is extended and accepted, Wave transitions the new hire into the onboarding workflow. Provisioning tasks, orientation schedules, and compliance documentation are triggered automatically, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between the signed offer letter and the first day on the job.
4. Cross-Company Partner Deal
Section titled “4. Cross-Company Partner Deal”Two partner firms in the Wave network identify a joint opportunity: one has the client relationship, the other has the specialized talent. The originating partner publishes the opportunity to the network through The Hub, and the fulfilling partner introduces qualified candidates.
Wave tracks the full lifecycle of the deal across both organizations, maintaining clear visibility into each party’s contributions. Commission splits are calculated according to pre-agreed terms stored in the platform, eliminating disputes and manual reconciliation.
The position is also published to the shared career portal, broadening the candidate pool. Once the placement is made, both partners see unified reporting on revenue, margin, and performance metrics, reinforcing the trust and transparency that make the partnership work.
Infrastructure & Scalability
Section titled “Infrastructure & Scalability”Wave is built on a modern, cloud-native architecture designed for reliability, performance, and growth. The platform operates across multiple isolated environments — development, testing, and production — ensuring that new capabilities are thoroughly validated before reaching end users.
