TS/Sourcers Commission Policy v2.1
Section titled “TS/Sourcers Commission Policy v2.1”Shared Service Center
This policy aims to align the Teams and incentives towards a common goal and share the results of our success.
This policy may apply at the sole discretion of the Branch Director.
To develop a temporal commission system for our internal recruitment team to help improve productivity in quantity and quality regarding the talent funnel and chances of SOW signed.
A) Talent Specialists (Recruiters) Commission
Section titled “A) Talent Specialists (Recruiters) Commission”TS will be eligible for a $1 USD commission for every workable hour of a hired developer during 12 calendar months. The commission will be paid monthly, in addition to the monthly salary.
Conditions
Section titled “Conditions”The hiring process of every commissioned talent has to be handled end-to-end by the TS (Sourcing, Interview Process, Introduction, SOW Signature).
Observations
Section titled “Observations”- Workable Hours: holidays and days off will not be taken into account.
- The 12-month period begins on the day the talent starts their assignment.
- When an assignment is over, the commission system enters on-hold until a new assignment begins. When on hold, the 12-month period pauses and resumes at the beginning of the new assignment. After 12 workable months have expired, the commission stops.
- The commission is only applicable for SOWs signed with any REQs from the network.
- Commission does not form part of the End of Year Bonus.
- If hired talent belongs to an External Recruiter or partner or is a Referral, this policy is not applicable.
- If sourcing of a hired talent was made by one of our sources, refer to B)
B) Sourcers Commission
Section titled “B) Sourcers Commission”Sourcers will be eligible for $0.50 USD for every talent they add to the Talent Pool, which later signs its first SOW with WillDom. The commission will be paid monthly, in addition to the monthly salary.
Observations
Section titled “Observations”- TS, who handles the rest of the hiring process (interview, introduction, SOW signature), will receive $0.50 USD for every workable hour of a hired developer during 12 calendar months. The commission will be paid monthly, in addition to the monthly salary.
- All the observations from the TS Commission policy apply to Sourcers Commissions.
Re-engagement Bonus
Section titled “Re-engagement Bonus”To develop a temporary bonus for our internal recruitment team to encourage and compensate them for their efforts in re-engaging WillDom’s talents and allocating them to new projects.
Conditions
Section titled “Conditions”- After a T1 has finished their assignment to one of our clients, it turns into T2 while our TS handles the process of trying to re-engage and eventually guide the hiring process of a new client or lead.
- When a new SOW is signed, the TS will be eligible for a $0.25 USD bonus per every billable hour of the Talent, for 3 months.
- The bonus applies to Full-time projects and Part-time projects.
- The bonus does not apply to On-Demand projects or any other assignment that was defined and handled under unique circumstances by the Delivery areas.
- For the TS to be fully eligible for the Re-engagement bonus, there must not be a TS Commission process taking place with the same Talent. The eligibility for the Re-engagement bonus with a Talent starts when the TS is no longer being paid a TS commission for that Talent.
- Re-Engagement Bonus only applies when the Talent is hired by a different client than the one they were working for before.
- Delivery Areas or above can decide not to pursue any re-engagement with certain Talent (e.g., flagged talent).
